Did you know that getting your visa is only the first step? What happens after you arrive in Germany? Sure! English can get you through some situations (as long as you speak English!), but everyday life becomes much easier when you know a little Deutsch.

And here’s the good news: German isn’t as difficult as people think. Like everything worthwhile, it’s a process but a very doable one.

Let’s start simple. You probably already understand this one just by the way it sounds:
